Nobody gets hurt if everyone remembers why we\u2019re doing it.<\/p>\n<p>Bell: And why are we doing it?<\/p>\n<p>A pause had been noted in the transcript.<\/p>\n<p>Then Nathan\u2019s answer.<\/p>\n<p>Because fair systems reward people who know how to use them.
